01 Pop your dog in the tub

Lift your dog gently into the spacious wash tub, designed to make bath time simple and stress free for both of you. The raised height saves your back from bending, while the enclosed sides help keep your dog secure and comfortable. There is plenty of room for dogs of all shapes and sizes to stand and turn, giving them a stable and safe place to get clean.

Where are you based?

You can find a Wild & Waggy dog wash at Darts Farm, with more locations coming soon. Please visit our Find Us section for location details.

What time are you open?

Our self-service dog wash at Darts Farm is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Do I need to book ahead of time?

No booking is needed. Simply turn up at a time that suits you and use the wash when it’s available.

Can I wash large dogs?

Yes, our tubs are designed to comfortably accommodate dogs of all sizes, from small breeds to larger dogs.

How many dogs can I wash at once?

For safety and comfort, we recommend washing one dog at a time, although it is large enough for two small dogs.

Do I need to clean the station after use?

Our machines include a built-in disinfect cycle, which can be selected to clean the tub before use, helping keep the tub fresh and hygienic for every dog.

Does the machine include shampoo and conditioner, or should I bring my own?

Everything you need is included. We use premium shampoo and conditioner, and sensitive shampoo from WildWash, made in the UK using gentle, plant-based, pH-balanced formulas developed by grooming experts.

Does the machine have a dryer?

Yes, a professional dryer is included to help leave your dog clean, comfortable and ready for the journey home.

Do I need to bring a towel?

Our dryer will leave your dog mostly dry, but you may wish to bring a towel for the journey home if your dog enjoys a final rub down.

Can I use the machine for a quick rinse only?

Yes. How you use your time is entirely up to you , whether that’s a full wash, a quick rinse or anything in between.

How much does it cost?

Our pricing is flexible, allowing you to choose the amount of time that best suits your dog’s needs:

£1.50 for 1 minute
£4.00 for 3 minutes
£6.00 for 5 minutes
£8.00 for 8 minutes
£11 for 10 minutes
£14 for 15 minutes
£18 for 20 minutes

What payment methods are accepted?

All Wild & Waggy dog washes accept contactless card payments. Simply tap your card or device to get started. Cash is not accepted.

Are there different settings for different coat types?

Our standard settings are designed to suit all coat types, making it simple and effective for every dog.

What temperature is the water?

The water is set to a comfortable 36°C. We recommend checking the temperature before use to ensure it feels right for your dog. If you have any concerns, please alert a member of staff.

Are the wash stations safe for puppies?

Yes. Our equipment and products are gentle and suitable for dogs of all ages, including puppies. We advise selecting the sensitive shampoo for washing puppies.

What if my dog is nervous?

Many dogs feel more relaxed being washed by their owner rather than a stranger. You’re in full control of the process and can go at your dog’s pace, pausing whenever needed. The warm water, gentle products, and adjustable dryer settings all help create a calm, positive experience. Bringing treats or a favourite toy can also help.
